Security
For all of our customers security and convience, we use paypal for all secure transactions. As a customer of ours you check out through Paypal for any transaction you make, if even you don't have a paypal account (which no problem since you can use paypal without an account). To use paypal without an account just choose the continue without log in option during your checkout. Once you have checked out, you will be returned to our site.

Payments
We accept payments made through paypal, cashiers check, and money order. For supplies the cart checkout is through paypal or Google Checkout. For live geckos payments shall be made through either paypal (I send you an invoice via email), cashiers check, or money order. Sorry we don't accept credit cards over the phone at this time.

All California residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Ordering
For ordering supplies there is an online shopping cart through paypal. Just add to cart and check out. To order geckos, please send me an email at orders@csmgecko.com and state the item number. I will get back to you as soon as possible and get information from you to either send payment through paypal or send me a cashiers check or money order. The gecko will be put on hold if paying with check or money order for up to 1 week. All geckos must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Live Shipping
After the payment has been received we will arrange the shipment of your order. We use UPS Next Day Air for all live animal shipments. All of our geckos are shipped in a strofoam insulated box with heat or cold packs as necessary. We reserve the right to delay shipment due to inclement weather conditions. If you still insist on us shipping the animal then we can no longer guarantee live arrival.

Shipping costs will vary depending on location, but the average is about $50. The actual cost will be computed when finalizing the transaction and making shipping arrangements. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Supplies Shipping
CSM Gecko ships to all the 48 contiguous states and prices are figured at time of checkout on paypal. If using Google Shopping to purchase supplies, payments can be made through Google Checkout or through the website with Paypal. We can also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, but please call and get quotes for a proper rate.
Also if you would like to have a higher priority shipping than ground please contact me and I can do a manual invoice with the proper shipping arrangements and charges.

Guarantees
We guarantee that all animals will arrive live as long as someone is there to accept the package and let the gecko out of the shipping container. If in the unlikely event that one does arrive dead, please save notify us immediately and save the body and box that is was shipped in. We will attempt to replace the animal or refund your money, less the shipping charges.

We also guarantee that the animal will arrive healthy, eating and properly sexed, unless sold as unsexed.

We stand behind all our animals and guarantee the health of this animal for up to 7 days after the date received. Please let us know immediately if you notice anything regarding health issues of your gecko. We will also be happy to answer any questions pertaining your leo and are capable of providing you with benefical information on your gecko before the purchase, during the purchase, and after the purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any guarantee due to improper husbandry or care of the animal.

Return/Cancellation Policy
I stand behind the quality of the supplies and animals that I offer. My return policy is if there is a problem with the product or you just realize that you do not need it after all, then you may return it with stated reason within 15 days after the date it is delivered to you. Also for all returns, you are responsible for shipping it back to me and I can not refund the shipping expenses of the original shipment but you will receive a full rebursement of the product cost after I receive the item back.

Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once UPS has the item then the return policy comes in effect.

Back Up and Running

I am back up and running, well a little. I have some supplies which will start growing soon. I also have the ability to order whatever is needed. I do have a few babies that are almost ready to go and will be posted in a few days.

CSM Gecko Up and Running Update

07/08/2010

As always it is taking longer than expected to get up and running. I am almost done setting up my new room and house for that matter. I should be contacting my distributors shortly and start ordering supplies. I have had a couple hatchlings but with the move things aren't going very good in that department. Wasn't expecting it to though. So if you need anything please let me know and I will do anything to help you.
   Other than that I am planning on be up and running completely within the next month or so.

Update for 2010!

April 04, 2010

Things have started off slow this year with relocating to Reno. Had issues with my new incubator but have sorted that out now. The females started laying eggs late, I am guessing due to the change involved with moving.

But everything still seems to be on track for getting everything up and running for around the summer time. But if you have any questions or need any supplies until the summer just let me know and I am sure I can help you out.
